Cheap stove knobs

We bought our home about a year ago and our home came with this Frigidaire stove. It worked great until the knobs broke within a few months of usage and we don’t even cook often! I am down to two knobs now! Very disappointed at this brand!

Poor Quality Knobs for a decent quality stove

The stove is good and efficient and is easy to clean.
but the knobs are too flimsy and all 5 of the knobs got the stem broken in first few months of usage. Sad part is that you cannot use any generic replacement knobs and should end up using the OEMs which are too pricy

Good gas stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this stove top. The burners are far enough apart where you can use the center burner and a small burner at the same time. Only issue is the plastic knobs. I know we will end up breaking one or two.

Broken knobs

After reading many reviews on this post for this product I seem to be having the same issue everyone else has, my unit is just over 14 months old and all five of the knobs are broken. I was wondering if Frigidaire as a company is doing anything by standing behind this product more than just over a year before offering very expensive replacement knobs which may very well do the same thing. I love to hear from someone in customer support to discuss this issue and if I will continue my business using Frigidaire products. Other than an obvious you it has been a great cooktop
