POOR QUALITY KNOBS

Within the period I have owned this model of Frigidaire gas range, I have changed knobs 3 times in complete sets of 5.
I cannot afford to keep replacing these knobs as they are quite expensive. The inefficiency of this range has caused me lots of inconveniences.
I’m so disappointed with this purchase.
I have the broken knobs on as dummy knobs for appearance purposes. I have to use the one surviving knob to control all 5 burners which I’m sure will fail me soon.
How did these knobs pass quality assurance Frigidaire? This has caused doubts for me whenever I consider buying any other appliance from your brand.

Plastic knobs break easily

I have had my gas range for 1 year and the knobs break easily. I am very dissatisfied with plastic knobs on a range of this quality. Should be much more sturdy and of higher quality.

Great cooktop

Cheap Quality material for knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cheap Quality material for knob 30 " gas cook top knob material is very cheap, please give us a free replacement with a better quality knob. what kind of quality control your company have. no testing at all out of 4 4 are bad , and i have seen so many complaints about knob.. No response no replacement option help ur customer otherwise customer will go away to other brand.

Knobs broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has there been an update to the knobs? I have replaced all the knobs already and still they break so easily. I have 1 working knob. If there has been a good replacement knob that works, please let us know, because spending 48 dollars every time these knobs break is not sustainable.

After reading about the knobs breaking I decided to try adding a piece of hose to the stem of each knob to reinforce the plastic.
