One knob broke within the first month of use and a second one broke the following month. Only a matter of time before they all break and I know the high priced replacements will also break. Probably better off replacing the cooktop with a more quality brand at this point.

Knobs are trash

One of the knobs brake 3 weeks into moving into our house. They're made of extremely weak, cheap plastic. So far, there's nowhere to submit a warranty claim on the website, so I guess I'll call during the week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks like we are not the only one with the knob issues. They are made of a cheap plastic. We are down to just 1 knob and it's a matter of time that we would not be able to use the gas range at all.

Knobs are the disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would easily rate higher if it wasn’t for the issue with the knobs. Ideally, they shouldn’t fail prematurely. It seems that it is a known issue. I went place a order for 5 replacements until I found the cost of each. That cost disappointed me more than the early failure. You would think there would be a replacement program in place or more reasonable price for replacement.

Made the right choice

Replaced a 20 yo Frigidaire gas cooktop with this model....wow! The increase in cooking power is unbelievable. We are on propane so used the conversion kit & it is important to adjust the low settings per the instructions. I would have given 5 stars if not for difficulty with the mounting clamps. Installed in granite and had to bend them slightly to get them in the slots but got them to work.
