But 2 weeks before one of the gas knob broke and I was so disappointed I contacted customer support and they send me not just one but all 5 gas knobs. I was happy with the customer service. Hope the knobs don't break again.

The cooking surface allows for multiple pans to be used simultaneously, and with the large cast iron grills, pans can be moved without worry of spilling. the various burners are a real convenience.

Poor Quality

I am highly disappointed at how poorly the knobs are. They broke in 3 months. All 4 of them. It's sad that company is aware of how poorly they are made, but so expensive to replace.

Knobs broken after first use

I am trying to find replacement knobs because the stems broke almost immediately after using. We just got this appliance. Why are the knobs and stems plastic plastic? After reading these reviews, I guess this is a common problem. I don’t want to have to replace these over and over again. Is there a better knob out there that won’t break?

KNOB ISSUE
