[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as part of our kitchen remodel. Used it for about a month and one of the control knobs has already quit working. Will take weeks to get part in.

Poor Quality Knobs for a decent quality stove

The stove is good and efficient and is easy to clean.
but the knobs are too flimsy and all 5 of the knobs got the stem broken in first few months of usage. Sad part is that you cannot use any generic replacement knobs and should end up using the OEMs which are too pricy

POOR QUALITY KNOBS

Within the period I have owned this model of Frigidaire gas range, I have changed knobs 3 times in complete sets of 5.
I cannot afford to keep replacing these knobs as they are quite expensive. The inefficiency of this range has caused me lots of inconveniences.
I’m so disappointed with this purchase.
I have the broken knobs on as dummy knobs for appearance purposes. I have to use the one surviving knob to control all 5 burners which I’m sure will fail me soon.
How did these knobs pass quality assurance Frigidaire? This has caused doubts for me whenever I consider buying any other appliance from your brand.

Horrible Knobs, impossible to use

The main burner won't even turn anymore and is stuck in an ON position and we are unable to use the stovetop any longer. I am so disappointed with Frigidaire and hope they will replace this unit for us.

Knobs continue to break

As many other reviewers have said the knobs are plastic and continually break. The price of replacement is absolutely outrageous for a piece of plastic. Very disappointed in this product.

Piece of Junk

Valves leak after just 2 years of use. Frigidaire is unwilling to stand behind the product. I have never had a cooktop fail so quickly. Would not recommend anyone buy this unless they want to plan on replacing it in two years.

Such a great product... would buy 10 more

This cooktop is one of the best I have ever used. Everything about it is amazing. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about regarding the knobs. They are top quality and never fall apart. I have never had to replace 12 knobs since December 2019. Even after a few months of having this product... the pegs that the knobs fit on have
always worked and we have never had to call service. A great product!!
