Broken plastic knob in first six weeks!

The control knobs are plastic and the shaft cracked within the first two months! They should be metal! I know this going to happen again.

Grate Cracked after First Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The right side burner grate cracked after the first use. Crack was not there when first installed - it is easily seen when you pick up the grate to clean. The grate is considered an accessory so it is not covered under the warranty. . Cost for a new one is almost 1/4 of what I paid for the cooktop. How can you consider the grate an accessory - you can't use the cooktop without a grate. Guess I should have made my purchase based on what is covered in the warranty.

5 Bunner cook top love
