Cooking with gas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of wanting one, my wife and I finally got a gas cooktop. Beautiful! It’s working well. Lifting the grates to clean is a bit of a chore, but not near as bad as having to clean our electic gas cooktop!

Love the power of this cooktop. All is very well made except the plastic knobs.

Just wished the control knobs were a real heavy material other than the thin plastic. First time wife placed in dishwasher for a thorough cleaning 2 of the knobs broke. Most unexpected. You replaced all 5 after we called and complained thank you very much. These will never see the high heat of dishwasher

Good Stove, Bad Knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New cooktop in our new home. Only 11 months old and 4 of 5 knobs cracked within 2 weeks. Not sure if knobs are getting too hot due to poor stovetop design. Check consumer reports before you buy. Now i have to find replacement knobs.

I was upset and also comforted to see everyone has had problems with the knobs. Please stop reply "This is not a normal thing for our knobs. Our design team can certainly use your feedback to improve our part for awesome customers such as yourself." Scroll - clearly this a normal thing for your knobs
