[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my gas stove a month ago. It was all good so far. But 2 weeks before one of the gas knob broke and I was so disappointed I contacted customer support and they send me not just one but all 5 gas knobs. I was happy with the customer service. Hope the knobs don't break again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and works well- I've only had it for a month or so. The grates seem to be strong and don't seem to deflect under a heavy large pot, but time will be the true test on that.

Love the stovetop, BUT...

Just had this installed 2 weeks ago. Already had to replace one broken knob. Reading all these reviews about customer after customer with problems with the knobs and how expensive it is to replace them. I never even used the burner that the knob broke off of! Wondering if Frigidaire has come up with a solution yet. Not excited to have to replace them after warranty

Needs quality control

The plastic inner shaft on 4 of the 5 knobs broke within 9 months of purchase and the knobs no longer turn the controls.
This kind of failure on simple knobs should have been caught by quality control decades ago.
No satisfaction in warranty coverage either.
