Knobs need improvement

I’ve owned the cooktop for less than 2 years and I getting ready to purchase my THIRD set of knobs. At the price of each, I’m almost better off getting a new different brand cooktop. The kicker is that I hardly use the darn thing. It’s disappointing.

Knobs are the disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would easily rate higher if it wasn’t for the issue with the knobs. Ideally, they shouldn’t fail prematurely. It seems that it is a known issue. I went place a order for 5 replacements until I found the cost of each. That cost disappointed me more than the early failure. You would think there would be a replacement program in place or more reasonable price for replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks like we are not the only one with the knob issues. They are made of a cheap plastic. We are down to just 1 knob and it's a matter of time that we would not be able to use the gas range at all.

Nice Cooktop - horrible knobs

We have had our cooktop for less than 1 year and 2 knobs have broken already. The knobs seem to be very cheaply made as they break very easily. The cooktop is nice but hard to keep clean around the burners as well. We have to take the burners off each month and give the cooktop a good scrubbing. Overall its not worth the money and hassle to constantly be worrying if your cooktop knob will hold together and last through meal prep.

We’re disheartened to learn about the cooktop’s knobs becoming damaged and that you’ve encountered difficulties cleaning around the burners. This certainly doesn’t sound like the experience we’re hoping you’ll have, and we’d love to see if we can help improve this situation for you. Because the gas burners are sealed, cleanups are usually easy when spillovers are wiped up immediately after the area has cooled, but you can also gently use a soapy scouring pad to lift any stuck-on residue. If you notice difficult spots, try covering with an ammonia-soaked paper towel for 30-40 minutes, then rinse with clean water on a damp cloth and continue cleaning as normal. Knobs are trash

One of the knobs brake 3 weeks into moving into our house. They're made of extremely weak, cheap plastic. So far, there's nowhere to submit a warranty claim on the website, so I guess I'll call during the week.

Knobs are Incredibly Cheap

One knob broke within the first month of use and a second one broke the following month. Only a matter of time before they all break and I know the high priced replacements will also break. Probably better off replacing the cooktop with a more quality brand at this point.

Knobs continue to break

As many other reviewers have said the knobs are plastic and continually break. The price of replacement is absolutely outrageous for a piece of plastic. Very disappointed in this product.
