Love the stove top but two knobs have already broken. Not sure how this passed quality control but shame on Frigidaire for putting such cheap material on a “high end” appliance!

Knobs keep breaking!

Even gentle use is too much for these knobs, apparently... In only six months we have gone through a full set of broken knobs! Like other reviewers said, the knob stems are made of flimsy plastic that break easily. Its a real bummer!

Knobs Suck

Plastic knobs

All knobs are plastic and have stripped. This is so disappointing especially when you can’t turn to operate to on and off. VERY UPSET ABOUT CHEAP PARTS! It’s only 3 weeks old and I barely use it

Grate Cracked after First Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The right side burner grate cracked after the first use. Crack was not there when first installed - it is easily seen when you pick up the grate to clean. The grate is considered an accessory so it is not covered under the warranty. . Cost for a new one is almost 1/4 of what I paid for the cooktop. How can you consider the grate an accessory - you can't use the cooktop without a grate. Guess I should have made my purchase based on what is covered in the warranty. PS - system will not let me add a photo?
