[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed my new stove a month ago. It is a good stove so far. I love the space that a 36 in stove provides. The burners work well. The stainless steel cleans really nice. I like having the combined grates into three for ease of cleaning.

Every single knob broke within about 2 months of installing

We have had this cook top for 2-3 MONTHS and every single knob has broken. I am looking for replacement knobs but if they are the same as these they will just break again. The knobs are made out of a plastic material.

Knobs keep breaking off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had this cooktop for a year now and basically all the knobs slowly broke off. The Knob material is not metal and definitely not sturdy that they break off from the stem. The look of the Cooktop is nice for sure but I was disappointed on the quality of the knobs. When I tried to sign up for the warranty, i was told the knobs were not included and covered. zz

All of our knobs broke

Is there a replacement knob available for this stove that won't break? We love the stove, but we are down to using one knob which I had to repair with metallic tape and glue, and even that doesn't hold. Please let me know if there is a set available that fits and won't break.
