Broken knobs

Broken knobs.

I have had this cook top installed about a month. All the control knobs have cracked or broken. The model is Frigidaire model FFGC3626SS. All the knob shafts are thin plastic with a metal spring retainer inside that puts pressure on the plastic shaft when knob is inserted on control shaft. This created side pressure that the plastic can't stand and it cracks the plastic shaft on the knob. Extremely poor design. Please do not purchase this product. I will not add a photo since many others have experienced the same problems and attached photos. Just read all the reviews on this product. On the back of the knob it shows the knob was manufactured on 1/2/2003 and it was on a cook top I purchased on 9/2020.

Terrible Knobs

All knobs fell off with in 3 months of using a brand new stove top. Worst cooktop ever
