[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this cooktop installed 9 months ago and 4 knobs broken in this short period. The cooktop itself is excellent but the knobs are a manufacture defective. I can’t even find replacement knobs for this cooktop. I would not recommend buying this cooktop until the manufacture corrects this defect.

After reading about the knobs breaking I decided to try adding a piece of hose to the stem of each knob to reinforce the plastic.

Horrible because of knobs! Don’t buy it!!

For the price of this stovetop the knobs should not be breaking after a few months. Now have to order replacement knobs after installing it less than three months ago and literally only use it like once a week.

36" 5 burner gas cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cooktop was installed into our new home and it cooks and cleans well but the knobs are very brittle. we ended up breaking all 5 of them. I've glued them multiple times but they just break again. Frigidaire is sending me replacements as I type this and once I get them I'm going to reinforce the stem with epoxy and a hose clamp on the stem. Hope to not ever break them again.

Installed January 2021. All control knobs have cracked on stem connection to valve. Very poor quality and design. Had to adapt mounting as the hardware provided did not allow mounting over a 36” base cabinet. Stainless steel of very poor quality. Seems to scratch if you look at it. The stainless stove top is very thin and flimsy. Very pretty out of the box but.....! Recommendation to readers; Spend more to get better quality.

ITHE WORSE STOVE TOP EVER

If you bought this stove top it is absolute trash, never buying from from Frigidaire, they are the worse company I ever had to deal with, all their appliances belong in the trash, haven’t even had my stove a month and all the buttons fell off, honestly Frigidaire belongs in the trash, they make you jump through hoops to get to your warranty and it’s obvious why it they do this because they know there appliances suck and your gonna find yourself calling warranty so they make it impossible for you
