[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed this new cooktop and it works and looks great, so far. It is definitely an upgrade from the ancient one it replaced! Only criticism so far: The written instructions call for 1/2" hardware, but the unit requires 3/8". We had to go back to the store for different hardware. Please update the instructions.

If there has been a good replacement knob that works, please let us know, because spending 48 dollars every time these knobs break is not sustainable.

Poor quality knobs

I should have read the reviews before purchasing the cooktop, I have had 3 broken knobs in less than a year. Clearly based on the reviews, this is not a new issue and seems to be poor quality knobs used for the cooktop. I wish Frigidaire would redesign and produce better knobs and fix the issue.

Broken knobs

The stove itself is great! But I have had my stove for about a year and I have 3 broken knobs and I am trying to finds replacement knobs….. they’re not cheap!!!! I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased….

Bad Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 1 month after I got my 36” Gas CookTop 2 Nubs broke so had to order new, bad quality material. Then right after manufacturers Guaranty expired to be able to return the unit, one control burner got stuck, can’t open. I’m using only 5 burners.

Like many other reviewers, we have had a very poor experience with the dials on the range. They are extremely low quality and break easily. Frigidaire sent us a full set of replacement dials after the first set all broke, but the new set also broke after about a year of use. We are new homeowners, and this experience has left us disappointed with Frigidaire and unlikely ever to purchase another Frigidaire product.
