Design Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home builder installed this cooktop and worked well until the knobs started to break. After 3 months of use all knobs have broken. I have had to retrofit these knobs to be able to use the cooktop. My suggestion is to make the knobs metallic or reinforce the tips that take the torsional force. So before use make sure you reinforce tip if they are the plastic knobs. The grate seems to be of good quality and the cooktop has been easy to clean

Appliance world is fantastic

So glad we decided to purchase a new oven and cook top. In oct 2020 we also purchased a 3 draw refrigerator. Loved working with appliance world and great installers also. Would highly recommend them for your purchases.

Bad knobs, down to two!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with how my stove top cooks. However, The knobs are fading fast! I’m down to two knobs now. This evening I finish cooking dinner and found that one of my burners was still on... after I finish dinner dishes. It was scary. The knobs seem to just spin after about 6 months use.

Modernized our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an electric Jenn Air cooktop. We decided to switch back to gas, which we haven’t cooked with for years. We had forgotten how heavenly gas burners are to cook with. They heat a pan up faster and when you turn it off the heat is gone so your doesn’t continue to cook. The price was great and it really looks sharp.
