Cheap knobs

Cheap knobs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs should last a bit longer than 3 1/2 months! Maybe metal would be a better alternative to the cheap plastics.

Very Poor Knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs do not have metal pieces in them and all broke within 2 months. I tried to call to discuss but because of Covid no one answers. Very frustrating and unhappy. I shouldn't have to purchase new knobs on a new stove.

Poor knob quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove top in December 2019, not even a year yet and all the knobs have cracked. I am the only one that uses the stove. Very poor quality of knobs. I have been trying to call but hard to get thru and need replacements.

Plastic knobs keep breaking

I have gone through 2 sets of knobs as they keep breaking. The second set took over 2 months to arrive.

Don't buy Frigidaire

I have this cooktop and knobs are reading breaking. Knobs have extended stems that break easily and are not a part of their warranty. Universal knobs will not work.

cheap plastic control knobs designed to fail

I bought this cooktop 19 months ago. I had two of the cheap plastic control knobs break in the first 6-9 months; replaced those two. Presently I have two more control knobs that have broken and a third one that has cracked and will most likely fail before my non-Frigidaire replacement stove top (with all-dye-cast metal control knobs) can be installed... That's an average failure rate of one control knob failure every 4 months!
which will leave me with a single control knob and a needle nose pliers as the only way to control my stove until the new unit arrives.
