Bad experience with cooktop, but good service!

I bought this cooktop around Feb 2020, but all 4 knobs melt and broke 1 month after I used it. I called the technical for the replacement, they did the great job to send out the part. I hope the new knob will last longer. Otherwise, I have to change the cooktop.

Easy to install

low quality knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have only used the cooktop 5X so far. On the 5th use the knob cracked and could not turn off the burner. Is this the quality of the entire cooktop or just the quality of the knobs?

Knobs break easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new house 2 months ago and used the stove burner seldomly, I am very certain the knobs had factory defect.
3 out of 4 knobs currently broken and I don’t know where to find them. I tried to register warranty per instructions but it’s not working. Just sad for because it is the Holidays and we will be unabke to cook in our new house.

Knobs don't last and very expensive to replace

The cook top works great but the knobs are cheap and plastic. 1st knob broke within the first month and now the last one just broke. We have no knobs to turn burners on now.. Great cook top, poor design of the knobs tho. 2 stars for the fact that knobs are a very important piece to operate the burners, without them, no flame.
