Cheap knobs

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We use some of the finest materials available and sophisticated assembly processes to assure manufacturing accuracy. Quality tests are continually conducted to provide (you) the consumer with the best appliance possible in the industry. My research into your consumer account shows a new knob was ordered at no charge to you on December 27th, when you called. You should receive the knob in 7-10 business days.
