Knob

Same knob broke off three times within a year- new home new cooktop. Customer service gave me issues, even though under warranty. I do not use this burner at all, maybe 10 times- it broke 30% of time I used it. Now the customer service- warranty section is not taking phone calls

Cook good just poor knobs

This cook top came with my new house and I really had a bad experience with it , I had replaced the knobs 3 times and they are expensive but nothing they broke after two to three months I am looking for to upgrade with another brand because I am really tired with this one it looks nice but not as strong.

Great Cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our cooktop about a month now and it is great. Never had a gas cooktop before - can't believe how much better it cooks. Everything cooks more evenly and quicker. The grates come off for easy cleaning. The look of the cooktop is great too!

Weak stove knobs

cheap knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got Frigidaire cooktop installed on my new house and all other appliance are from Frigidaire when bought. works and Looks great but cheap plastic knobs broke ,if i had knew and was able to upgrade then i would have done it .and the knobs are expensive and reading the review am not the only one having the same issue .Frigidaire seriously need to fix this problem. its so cheap knobs keeps on breaking its better replacing the cooktop than buying the knobs.

The grate across the top is especially nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an issue with the knobs that came with my new stove breaking everyone of them but the repair man came out and since it was under warranty it wasn't a problem to get fixed.
