[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially really happy with the cooktop. Four different sizes with great tuneability to control gas and burner.
But the plastic holder inside the knob that keeps the metal in place breaks off so quickly, as mentioned by other reviewers. Barely had this cooktop for four month and two of the knobs just broke. We can now only use half of the cooktop.

broke in 2 weeks and won't return

I had trouble igniting all burners then one burner would not turn off and I had to shut the main gas down. Very unhappy with product and company will not accept a return- will only fix it. I want to get a different cooktop and they refuse to allow this. Said the return policy at the store is 48 hours. It was not even installed until a week after it was received here!

Love this cooktop!

Knobs break easily

Knobs are plastic and break

They do not have a metal piece where they hook to the stove top instead that piece is plastic and it cracks. All 4 knobs cracked the same way. I was provided with replacement knobs but I am not sure they will last.

Broken Knobs

I cannot believe the knobs for my cooktop stove are all broken and I have owned the home for less than a year. I will probably get stuck with replacing the knobs at my cost I am sure. It seems like more people have had this same issue.
