Good looking product with a design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this installed last month and were impressed by its looks, especially at the price point. It’s sleek and has sealed burners that make cleaning easy. However after using it for a couple of weeks, we realized that the height of grill is significantly impacting the efficiency. Distance between grill and burner is so much that most of the heat escapes and is not used for heating the utensils. If only they lower the grill height by an inch, this would be an awesome product that would deserve 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has been the best decision to replace electric with gas since we have owned our home. Thank you for making a quality product at a reasonable price!

Excellent cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a couple of months and am very pleased with this unit. The one level surface across all four burners is great for sliding pots and pans and the four different BTU rated burners are great. Coupling that with its great looks makes the purchase a no brainer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Frigidaire 30" cooktop and LOVE IT!! Much easier to keep clean than my previous glass cook top. Just lift the grates and wipe! Plus it looks great in my kitchen. Would highly recommend it!

Only challenge is we can't lift the base up to easily clean where it meets the counter top.
