The knobs do not match the price!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 Months into use and 2 knobs are not usable. They are plastic and they crack/break on the inside, no longer able to turn the burner controls. One day, as i turned the knob, gas started to flow to ignite but did not fully make it to the ignite setting. The knob was broken and would not fit tight enough on the burner control to allow shutting off or fully igniting. Luckily i was able to grab some needle nose pliers to fully turn it off. This is a poor design that needs to be re-evaluated.

Knobs fall apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially really happy with the cooktop. Four different sizes with great tuneability to control gas and burner.
But the plastic holder inside the knob that keeps the metal in place breaks off so quickly, as mentioned by other reviewers.
Barely had this cooktop for four month and two of the knobs just broke. We can now only use half of the cooktop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new unit & works better than I expected. Only issue is on third use the far right knob is already bubbling up. I have seen that with many brands due to the knob being plastic. Just didn't expect it to happen sooo quickly. Other than that knob the unit heats great.
