Cheap Knobs

All the knobs have broken and been glued/clamped and continue to break. The knobs are expensive to buy and should be replaced for free by the company.

Poor knob design

I echo the sentiment of so many on this forum. The appliance itself works fine, but we have only had this cooktop a little over 1 year, and have already had to replace 2 of the 4 knobs that busted off easily with routine use.

Broken Knobs

Cooktop is good. No issues at all. knobs are cheap plastic and break easily. So far 3 knobs broken. We have just been using 2 stoves for the last several months

Knobs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] like stated, these knobs are junk, I've had to super glue and electrical tape almost all of mine. Especially since replacements are so expensive!

Broken knobs

As others have noted in countless reviews, the knobs for this cooktop are cheap and easily broken. Clearly this is a recognized, ongoing problem. Why doesn’t Frigidaire fix the issue? This shows the lack of concern this company has for customers.

Good cooktop but knobs are bad.

The cooktop itself is great but the knobs are a different story. They break very easy and has caused issues with us not being able to use 3 out of 4 burners until replaced and they aren’t cheap.
