Nice gas cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop is nice with large grills. However, the knobs that come with it broke within a month due to heat. I contacted customer service but have to wait a long time. I received new replacement knobs within two weeks. Hopefully, they last.

Broken knobs

This range came with our new home and though it wasn’t my first pick it looks great and has worked beautifully, except for the cheap knobs! The plastic on the back of the knobs is so flimsy. Two have already broke and I could not believe the cost to replace them! Also sad to see so many people are also having the same issue and doesn’t seem as if anything is being done about it.

THESE KNOBS!!

I love my cooktop, but after 1 month, a broken knob. Now 11 months in, 3 broken knobs. I would love to be able to use my beautiful cooktop, but it is limited due to the broken knobs. And they are expensive to be so cheaply made. Truly disappointing.

Cooks well but terrible knobs
