Cook good just poor knobs

This cook top came with my new house and I really had a bad experience with it , I had replaced the knobs 3 times and they are expensive but nothing they broke after two to three months I am looking for to upgrade with another brand because I am really tired with this one it looks nice but not as strong.

Knob

Same knob broke off three times within a year- new home new cooktop. Customer service gave me issues, even though under warranty. I do not use this burner at all, maybe 10 times- it broke 30% of time I used it. Now the customer service- warranty section is not taking phone calls

Broken Knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a pastor of a small United Methodist Church and we bought this cook top to replace the ancient one in the parsonage. After only 3 months, the knob on the right "gave up the ghost".. sorry, a little clergy humor. Other than the broken knob, this cook top is awesome!!! That being said, the price for a new plastic knob is truly ridiculous. It appears that we are not the only ones with this problem. HELP!!!

Overall wQuality is Good -- except not resilient to grease grime & one of the knob started to melt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this before the holiday season 2020. Was very happy and ease of clean up an stain resistant qualities of our Frigidaire refrigerator. It was good while i lasted and we clean it up after every use except for it was put to the real test -- the rigorous cooking during the holiday season. One of the plastic knob started to melt inside its foil covering and the pots were not even close to it. ( guess it was just the continued exposure to the heat BUT the other knobs were fine). Also the stuck on yellowish grease grime residue remained -- tried to clean it with the provided small bottle of clean up it came with - did work. Followed recommended clean up with a non-scratch microfiber cloth going along the grain - did not work either and certainly don't want to use an abrasive pad. Hope theres a way or something we can use to get rid of the grime. Also hope the knob quality was better suit for prolonged continuous cooking --- as now we need to find a replacement for the knob (2nd from the left of the cooktop).

KNOBS KNOBS KNOBS KNOBS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new home and after only using this cooktop a few times, two of the knobs broke. I replaced them and now only two months after replacing two of them all 4 of them are broke. There must be a factory defect with the knobs for this model. I have seen countless reviews with people stating the knobs break after minimal use. Sad thing is the last two that broke were during the holidays while trying to make dinner for my family. Very disappointing.

Nice features! Easy install!
