Cheap knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about it but the knobs. I have 2 broken and it is only 2 months of ownership. Two grown adults that use them. They just snap. I called and was told that “maybe” they would be able to replace them but it would be at least 6-8 weeks. I guess I just use pliers in the mean time? Please, get us some knobs that work.

Cheap burner Knobs

Knobs are defected, all four knobs broke/cracked less than year around the same time. Unbelievable!!! last update was taken off by Frigidare they are afraid of truth.

Spend the money and buy high end model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cook top scratches very easily. Knobs are horrible. The knobs only lasted a few weeks before they began to break. The replacement knobs are very expensive to replace. You be better off buying a high end model with better knobs. There are no after market replacement knobs that fit this model. G

Knobs

I’m enjoying the gas range. First one I’ve had in years but the quality of these knobs are terrible. I moved in a new construction house a little over a year ago and all the knobs have broken.
I have one left that I’m able to use back and forth for all 4. Very very frustrating.
These knobs should be made to last much longer than a year.

Worst cooktop i have ever owned

Not only are the knobs plastic and melt or break with normal every day use. No i have 2 burner valves that dont move and one is stuck in the on position. This is a load of crap. Do not ever consider buying this cooktop. 18 months old and it is completely failing. Extremely disappointed to the point i will never buy another frigidaire product.

CHEAP QUALITY

All four knobs have broken. The cost two replace them doesn't seem reasonable when there is no guarantee that getting new ones will fix the cheap quality problem.

Broken Knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this stovetop for 6 months and all 4 knobs have broke. They are made of plastic and to replace would cost 1/3 of the entire stovetop. Do better Frigidaire.
