The knobs break every couple month

the knobs' bottom broke every couple month and i have to purchase a few incase it breaks and it is expensive consider its quality

Design flaw

The knobs over heat causing the metal around them to bubble and the plastic to crack, leaving you with no knobs to turn ranges on or off. My first range same design was scratch by a cleaning company and the same range was purchase and I have had issues with both regarding the knobs. I do joy recommend this range.

Poor design

TERRIBLE CHEAPLY MADE KNOBS WORSE APPLIANCE EVER OWNED

HAVE ONLY OWNED THIS UNIT SINCE SEPT. OF 2020 AND ALREADY 3 KNOBS ARE BROKEN.... HEY FRIGIDAIRE SEND 8 NEW ONES SINCE THEY ONLY LAST A FEW MONTHS OR HERE IS A THOUGHT SINCE EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING MAKE THEM OUT OF METAL AND SEND US ALL NEW ONES ASAP

Delicate & Cheaply Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this cooktop for one month now. With that said we have already had to replace the knobs due to them breaking from regular use and the top has already been scratched by the grates being taken on and off. At this price point and going with a "Frigidaire" you would think the quality would have been superb, but unfortunately that is not the case. My biggest worry is having to have it replaced within a year.
