Frigidaire, Did you get the message?

When are you going to manufacture a better and stronger knob? You've had enough reviews telling you the same thing. Please make the knob and sell it to us at a discounted price since we already spent a lot of money buying these substandard knobs. Incredible that you didn't test this product before selling it.

Broken Knobs cheap quality

I was surprised to see these many reviews on broken knobs. Not sure why Fridgaire can't get this fixed. I replaced 2 knobs about 6 months ago and these are broken again.
Never recommend this to anyone.

Knobs break easily!!

Should have kept electric

1st 6 months it was nice, after that a knob stopped moving and was fixed under warranty. Now year 2 another knob won’t turn and have to light another with a match. Not happy with this product.

Cheap Knobs - Break So Easily

I have 3 broken knobs. I was embarrassed to admit I needed to replace them less than a year after the initial purchase until I read so many other reviews with the exact same problem. I agree with the rest, we've paid way too much money to have to contend with such an obvious design problem. The stove is fine otherwise. I hope Frigidaire really take steps to fix this problem.

Cheap Knobs, poorly designed

Same complaint as everyone else. The knobs are complete junk. Do not buy this model until Frigidaire changes to a better design. They are guaranteed to break otherwise. With the large number of complaints, Frigidaire should do the right thing and send out upgraded field replacements to everyone that owns this model.

Burner knobs broken in less than a year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this cooktop for a year now and all the burner knobs are broken. Very poor quality. Never buy this stove again.

The knobs are a joke-BUT NOT FUNNY!

Had this Cook Top for about a year and have replaced the knobs twice and I have 2- broken now! Will not by a Frigidaire with knobs -Range-Stove ect. No problem with my Freezer but it doesn't have knobs! You should recall these stupid knobs-Junk!
