We bought this a year and an half ago and all the knobs are broken! I’m having the worst time finding replacement ones. Please do your research before purchasing.

Extremely poor quality appliances

1. Cooktop knobs broken after 9 months of regular use. 2. Microwave oven malfunctioning with lights flashing, clock time remaining still for hours-reset self next day, red lights flashing w/lock when timer used, time shows half clock time and half timer time. 3. Dishwasher is extremely loud during operation. Very disappointed in quality. We lived in our previous home more than 10 years and another home for 17 years and never, ever experienced such failures with our appliances.

KNOBS BROKE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I just bought our first home and I'm saddened by all the Frigidaire products that came with the house. The knobs broke the first month and then to top it off the microwave handle broke off a week later.

3 ovens 3 cases of broken knobs

Had 3 tenants all complain at once when they found out they experienced the same problem. Would not purchase again, looking for replacement parts, NOT made by Frigidaire? 5 bad knobs from 3 different ovens?

keep replacing knobs

I am so disappointed with this product and it's all because of the knobs. I bought it a year ago and so far I've replaced 6-7 knobs. And they keep breaking. On top of it, original Frigidaire knobs are expensive! At this rate I will end up paying more for the replacement knobs than the cooktop itself. It's unbelievable!
