KNOBS KNOBS KNOBS KNOBS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a new home and after only using this cooktop a few times, two of the knobs broke. I replaced them and now only two months after replacing two of them all 4 of them are broke. There must be a factory defect with the knobs for this model. I have seen countless reviews with people stating the knobs break after minimal use. Sad thing is the last two that broke were during the holidays while trying to make dinner for my family. Very disappointing.

Cheap knobs

I bought 2 cooktops last year, now all knobs cracked and broken. They are made poorly from plastic. I would not recommend this cooktop.

Bad plastic dials parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had cooktop installed in October 2020 and by February 2021 one of the plastic dials already broke. Very disappointed with that. Looks like I will be steering clear from purchasing any future products from Frigidaire

One Knob Left

I purchased my home 1 year ago with new appliances. Within 2 months the first knob broke. Not sure if I caused it I was careful turning the knobs. Now I see it's just not me with this problem. I am now down to one knob!

Poor layout and cheap knobs!

The two medium-ish options are on the same side and barely fit the use of two regular pots and the knobs broke by 2.5 months! Very disappointed

Problems after only 3 months

Cheap control knobs break easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this over a year ago. Knob for the most-used burner broke after 4 months. The knobs are made of nondurable plastic with no reinforcing metal.

I brought my house 1year ago the knobs have broken on the stove. Been trying to reach out and I'm on the phone waiting and the phone go dead after all that time.
