Poor quality knobs

Poor quality knobs that break with very little pressure. Very expensive to replace. A safety issue that needs to be addressed.

Broken knobs

As others have noted in countless reviews, the knobs for this cooktop are cheap and easily broken. Clearly this is a recognized, ongoing problem. Why doesn’t Frigidaire fix the issue? This shows the lack of concern this company has for customers.

Knobs are horrible! Disappointed in Frigidaire quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knob stems on the range are made of cheap plastic. They have already broken and without the knobs the burners become unusable. The quality is very disappointing for Frigidaire. Many other reviewers are having the same issue. Will think twice before purchasing another Frigidaire product. I also have a Frigidaire microwave installed above this gas stove and the handle on the microwave is made of white plastic with a thin “foil like” piece of film which has separated from the seam after normal use and looks awful. Unless customer service can make this right, I will not purchase or recommend and will purchase from a different manufacturer that produces quality products. I feel like I should not have to pay for a replacement for a poor quality product when it was purchased new. Please contact me for resolution. Thank you!

Poor workmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas cooktop works well, but the metal area around each of the burners is thin and scratches easily. I would not have selected this cooktop if I had been able to choose my appliances for this house. When I think of gas cooktops, I believe they should be sturdy, way to clean, and convenient to use. This cooktop is none of these things.

I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. In my opinion, the grates are too high and very heavy. I'm a Senior, and it's quite difficult for me to enjoy, let alone, use this product. I feel as if my hard-earned money was wasted on this product,
