I got my counter top cook top 3 mouth go and now all the knob are broken love the the cook top but not the problem with the knob keep braking

Knobs keep breaking

Avoid this cooktop at all costs!!! It works well but the knobs continue to break. We even got replacement knobs under warranty and those broke! The crazy part is the knobs that break aren’t just the ones we use all the time, it’s even the ones used infrequently. And the cost to replace each knob is insane. We will have had to purchase the value of a NEW cooktop in knobs after the next one if two more break

Broken knobs with in a month

We got this brand new gas’s cook top part of our new home , builder provided, however 3 of the 4 knobs were broken with in a month.. very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cooktop works as it should but 3 of 4 knobs are broken. I use one and move it around. This is 9 months old. No I did not abuse them. This from normal wear. Our 9 month old Gallery dishwasher has t be replaced due the body being bowed and the door leaking along with the motor leaking oil in two places aand leaking water all.

We just moved into our home which is two years old. Within week 1, broken knob. Upon reading other reviews, it sounds like a common complaint! Must be a very faulty/ cheap design.

Absolute waste of money!

It's apparent by the other reviews that buyers are having major issues with the knobs on this unit. I'm now a year in and all of 4 of mine are broken, the cheap plastic back has broken. My first one broke in the first couple of weeks of using it. Aside from the inconvenience of having ALL the knobs break, the replacements are outrageously expensive! And the knobs are the same so I'll pay a small fortune to replace the ones that are broken - confident that these will also break. It's disheartening that a company can read reviews, know there's a problem with their product and do nothing to solve the problem except to continue to charge their customers. Very frustrating and disappointing. You would think that a company that specializes in appliances could make a solid knob built to last.
