This product is so easy to to use and lightweight. It literally catches everything so nothing goes down the drain except water. So easy to put in. And lasts for really long. This is exactly what I needed

I had a problem of always water not draining because of the strainer but ever since i got this problem solved. It catches the smallest food particles without clogging the drain.the silicone is easy to clean and the best part it doesn’t rust.

Get the strain out of that drain and get this prod

If you have a problem with your thing getting clogged because there’s things getting into it that aren’t supposed to be there this is a highly recommended item that will help you without having to do those plunging movements anymore

Good Design Poorly Executed

I bought this because I really liked the easy to empty silicone strainer. It's a great idea, but it doesn't work for me. The holes in the strainer are too big and let a lot of small particles go through and wind up in my septic system. Also, the stainless steel rim has too high a curve, so I have to run a lot of water or use my hand to direct particles toward the drain. I could live with that, but the large holes are a deal breaker. I've gone back to my old stainless steel strainer, even though I have to wipe it clean over my garbage pail.

Gets The Job Done

Great drain stopper. Big enough for a farmers sink. The only downside is the holes are just the right size for rice. So rice can get stuck in there or slip through.

No touching gross stuff!

I love this sink strainer! All the gross stuff from the sink gets trapped in the strainer, then you fip it into the trash never touching the slimey salad of goodness trapped inside!

A great kitchen sink upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These strainers are an excellent upgrade for our sinks. The strainer without a stopper seems to be generally better most of the time, as the stopper occasionally activates inadvertently on the other model. We had to replace the strainers because the adhesive between the silicone and steel parts disintegrated, but OXO replaced them under warranty, which is fabulous!!
