I like the color of the strainer because it matches my kitchen. I like the idea where you can pop it inside out to get the food out. The problem I have with it is it gets slimy and mild dew quick even when I clean it with a sponge. I end up buying a metal one that doesn’t get mild dewy and that’s working fine and cheaper.

No and no the holes are too small so it clogs the water while doing dishes too much water starts to build up. The food gets stuck however it’s jus disgusting after a while I wouldn’t recommend silicone strainers. It gets too much gunk and hard to clean

silicone sink strainer

I'm thinking about buying my third oxo silicone sink stainer SKU:1308200. the first lasted10 years but the 2nd lasted only 2 years before the black plastic pulling handle disintegrated. I like that is doesn't scratch stainless steel sink.

WELL-MADE OXO products we EXPECT w/ any OXO products in the past!!! They can B cut 2 fix your sink; but, I just placed them in the bottom of the sink & let them protect a few inches of the top & bottom of the sink. I placed the silicone mesh sink strainer underneath the sink mats 2 catch any food particles = WORKS GREAT!!!
