Inner case does not fit phone snug. Have to press screen mutiple times. Ended up taking plastic cover off just so touch screen would work.. Other than that it's your typical otterbox. Nice sleek look. With the best protection.

I've been a long time user of Otterboxes on many work and personal phones. I've had this current case for about 2 weeks now and here are a few things that I find much different than all the other Otter box cases I've used in the past.
1. I've seen this morning that I have a lot of dust and lent intrusion under the screen protector. I noticed from the beginning when I unpacked it and installed that the screen protector is not flush up against the screen which makes it frustrating when using the stylus and even your fingers to type. I keep having to re-type words as that extra bit of small space between the protector and screen really do mess things up.
2. I am finding there are issues with the volume buttons when used don't always turn the sound up and down without having to mash on it. Even then, mashing on it has not worked and I had to resort to several hard presses of the button just to get the volume to go where I want it to go.
Other than these two issues, which are very frustrating, the case is solidly built and of great quality. I will be calling them this morning, since I received an email asking for this survey, to ask if they can send me another case to try since I'm having these 2 very frustrating issues. I hope they actually read this survey and try to adjust their product to be even better than it current is. I would be 100% on board to recommend this product if I didn't have the issues I'm having now.

Seems a bit lower quality than earlier Note cases

Had this for about 2 weeks now. Basically the same old Note case, just seems a bit cheaper. I agree with some of the other reviews:
Case is stiffer
Outer case is a bit slick
Screen protector is a bit flimsy
It's still a good case, the quality is not as good and the variety of choice and colors leaves a lot to be desired.

Worse defender case ever bought. It's not dust proof. The lower left part of the screen is way of the actual screen. Have to hit buttons rather hard. Only good thing about it is the defender protection from drop. I think it would be beneficial for otterbox if they fixed the screen protection, as I've seen and dealt with. It's not good. Should try manufacturing. Going to lose a lot of very loyal customers.
