I have always put my phone in a otter box Love the product but unfortunately I had to send back my last case for the note 7 nothing wrong with it thankfully OtterBox honored taking it back a few days after receiving it my phone was recalled for the second time

This was absolutely the best case that I never opened or used. It looked incredible sitting on the kitchen counter waiting to caress my new Samsung Note 7 that never arrived. I highly recommend this light weight and sturdy piece of history. I simply can't wait for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 case to arrive in the coming decades. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to review such an incredible unused case OtterBox, you made my day.

Lack of quality control has driven otterbox to the no buy zone. The button presses are horrible. The screen is not flush. Worst case ever. Would return it even if it was free. Needless to say, I'm on my 3rd defender case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a defender in my Note 4, never had a problem, as for the Note 7 one is a different story. Dust get inside, between the screen protector and the screen, and I need to open it every day to clean it.
I still recommend just because it gives full protection.

Fit the Note 7 perfectly and everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately the phone was recalled. Otterbox provided an RMA and have returned case. Not even their fault and covered return. Otterbox has great customer service as well. Of course I have a case on the Samsung S7E that replaced the Note. Thank you. I would and have recommended their products just can't recommend this particular model (as phone not available).
