As many others have said. The screen protector is not flush with the phone and leaves a gap for dust to enter the case. I purchased two cases to be sure. Same on both of them. I'm sure Otterbox is addressing this issue but is it really worth it with the second recall on the phone? Solid case easy install. Max protection.

Hello, My wife and I bought two Galaxy Note 7 phones back in August. I had been following the phone for months reading about it's attributes. We waited for a very long time to receive the two Otter Box Defender cases, Berries & Cream, Steel Berrie. By the time we got them, the phone was removed from production, basically it's a Dead Phone. I immediately got rid of the plastic face covers on both. I read the reviews on them. We prefer glass which worked out. What didn't work was the internal power button control extension on the right hand side. With her phone it works fine mine, not so much. I can no longer take screen shots by holding the power button down simultaneously with the return button at the bottom of the phone. One works fine and one does not. This whole experience has been a Nightmare and yet we Love the Phone. We will not turn it in for anything less than a Note.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the case for the note 7. The only issue that I have is the way the ear piece and the camera are on the phone causes a gap that allows dust and dirt to get into the case.
The cases great quality, but I think The screen is too thick this time. I have to press way too Hard to type or to activate anything. It seems thicker than usual.
The case is awful. Illfitted & terrible! You have to push the screen super hard for it to connect because it fits so badly!
