6 years and I’m replacing it already. worked well until it just stopped heating water and cleaning dishes and mold grew everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A gem to operate...it is quiet, cleans all dishes, glassware, and pots & pans great. Has large space for a variety of dishes and utensils.

Nice dishwasher

I bought this after doing a lot of research on many models and manufacturers. I think this is a nice dish washer with some attractive features but I must say that the top rack is either too low when it's in the low position and too high in the high position. If I would have taken a typical wine glass with me when I was looking at this model and loaded it I would have not purchased top silverware optional rack. Even with the trays removed the sliding hardware gets in the way.

The door does not latch easily. It may pop open two or three times before closing. There is too much residual water even after using the Power dry setting?

Good but disappointing

The dishwasher is nice and pretty quiet. The third rack is great. The dishwasher has trouble washing out all of the detergent drawer so I had to switch to liquid detergent instead of powder. It would leave some of the powder behind and turn it into a sticky brick in the compartment. The electronic interface is nice but not really an improvement over old technology. It looks nice though since the display and buttons are hidden under the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
