Washes great, drys so so! Glass items drys well, but not so good with non glass items

Dry the dishwasher really good.

I was looking for a dishwasher that would really dry my dishes. Although the sales reps from Richards was not able to tell me much about the product, eg. Would this dishwasher dry the dishes completely since it has a built in heater?... I had to read the reviews online which was very helpful and answered my questions. I must say that the dishwasher does an amazing job on the dishes. Love it!!!

Extremely quiet; washes everything very well; easy to operate. Installation could be better - needs front-placed remote adjusters for rear legs. Also needs rear-to-front "tunnel" for electric wiring.

We bought this dishwasher to replace a different GE dishwasher that was 4 months old and had multiple problems. The new dishwasher's rail doesn't slide back correctly and needs repair. We wish we would have gotten something different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So quiet, sharp design, flexible configuration, decent job of cleaning. Self-install was difficult but a one-time deal. Cannot stress enough the importance of using a rinse aid. Sometimes we wonder "what's that faint noise" then smile when we realize it's the dishwasher!
