Over priced for what you get !!!

I like having the extra rack for silverware but it is really difficult loading bowls and other
dishes into this unit !! It is nice and quiet which is something I enjoy.

We have had it for 2 months and marvel how quiet it is. We have noticed on newer models that use less water that the cycles are quite long but since it is nearly silent the run time is not a problem

Very Quiet but Does Not Dry

But it does a terrible job of drying any of the items - doesn't matter what cycle is used or whether it is plates or dishes, top shelf or bottom shelf, glass or plastic. We have had GE service come out to see if it is a malfuntion, but we were told that is how this model dries. We also tried adjusting the water temperature multiple times.
I hand dry 80% of dishes everytime I unload it!

Installation of electrical wiring was a challenge due to skid plates on bottom of motor rendering tight spaces thorough which to fish wires (small hands and long fingers needed) or access rear legs to level the unit. However, once installed it looks fantastic with the rest of my GE Profile line appliances. The unit is quiet and energy efficient. Couldn't be happier.
