Great looking, and has wonderful loading flexibility. Love the third shelf for utensils.
Installation was a bear! Drying feature does not work as well as my now deceased GE Monogram dishwasher. Overall, cleans very well

Bought June'14--It will not dry the dishes--Can you send a service man to fix it? It is way complicated to program--the wash cycle is way to long--the top rack is so uneven that stacking dish is very difficult--wish I had my 10 year old Profile one back-

This dishwasher was a serious upgrade from my portable! It has plenty of room for me to avoid running everyday with my family of 5. It is so quiet we can run it during dinner and still enjoy peace. Love it and recommend!

Already Being Replaced

Web as this dishwasher for around a month and it is already being replaced for a leaking pump. Hopefully the replacement works better.

Dishes left unclean too often. Racks are difficult to move up & down. Love the stainless finish.

Love the 3rd Rack

I have had this unit about 6 weeks. I have owned several dishwashers and this is the first one that I have owned that features a 3rd rack. For someone over 65, the 3rd rack is helpful in that you do not have to bend over as much to place or remove silverware and small items.
PROS: build quality, nice exterior appearance, helpful front panel status legends (not just a multi-colored single lamp), informative color LCD control display, bottle washer feature (I use it for tall ice tea glasses), very quiet, leak collection pan with leak sensor (auto drain and shut-off upon a leak - nice feature).
CONS: 1. Will sometimes leave dishes damp (the powered fan should stay on longer and be more powerful ) I live in a high humidity area. The unit may work better in a low humidity area.
2. I have to periodically remove and manually clean the primary filter (more bending over). I would gladly accept a little more sound level during operation if the unit had a self-cleaning filter system (as quality dishwashers used to have 15 years ago). I found that most manufacturers are now compromising washing performance and dropping the self-cleaning filter in order to obtain lower sound levels to achieve "marketing target" low db ratings.

Very quiet dishwasher. You can't tell it's on when reading or watching tv 20ft. away in greatroom. With the top silverware rack, it doesn't always get items completely clean (small spray head overhead). Hidden controls are nice, as is the front window for "washing" and "clean".

Very dissapointing

Need to hand wash my dishers first before loading to get the dishes clean. Food is still stuck to utensils.
