Significant design flaw

We have been using this dishwasher for maybe a year. From the first, the door has refused to remain closed, due to the latch design. Google identified this as a reported problem with this model dishwasher, and the only suggestion was to continue running the dishwasher until the gaskets adapted to the door. This has never happened. When the wash cycle is started, one must physically force the door closed, and hold it, applying considerable pressure with both hands or with the hips or legs for maybe a full minute, or when pressure is released the door pops open, and the cycle must be restated. Had I know this behavior would persist for over a year, I wold not have purchased this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishes are never dry

Even when on power dry cycle, the dishes and wet, however on the plus side it is very quiet.

Really great features

I really love my new dishwasher. There is so much space in it and all the racks are adjustable making it easy to load anything and everything. Only downside is that it doesn't always get my cups washed out. There is usually one that has leftover cleaner in it but all you need to do is wash it out by hand.

Quiet and full of features

We really like this dishwasher, especially how quiet it is and the option to do either the upper or lower tray only. The eco mode is a great idea, and we use it often, but about half the time, there's at least one glass or plate that needs extra cleaning. It's not a big deal since most of the load gets cleaned very efficiently, but it about the only thing we've found fault with.
