SO QUIET!!!

I love how quiet this dishwasher is! Our last one was very loud. Also, the top rack that you can load your silverware, from a standing position, is wonderful! We use the bottle wash function a lot. I love the variety of rack options. It is also very nice to have the hidden panel. Finally, the dishwasher displays when the dishes are clean which is handy. It is really enjoyable loading and unloading this dishwasher! Ok, now I sound like a weirdo!

I am so pleased with this dishwasher, I can get so much into it plus I bought the top shelf which I love for over-sized utensils or servers. It's so quiet and runs quickly compared to my old one, I should have done this years ago!

The best dishwasher I could find

We have had 3 dishwashers in 3 years from 3 manufacturers. I've now done quite a bit of research and feel that the GE PDT760SS is the best washing and drying with a full feature set that I could buy. The 3rd rack on top is great. The Sani-Rinse plus fan-assisted drying does the best job that I've found of getting the moisture out of the tub during the dry cycle while still meeting the low-energy standards. The filter is easy to clean and the front panel status indicators are handy. The build quality is impressive -- black sound deadening on all sides PLUS a full acoustic blanket and lots of extra noise control material behind the kick-plate keeps the sound level amazingly quiet. It also has a safety pan and leak sensor in case the sump leaks or if your supply line under the dishwasher should leak. It makes the installation a little more complicated, but not bad. I wish the rear leveling feet had been easier to adjust, but you do not have to pull the dishwasher out to adjust and level the unit, so again, not bad if you read the instructions.

I got this a few months ago and am very pleased at how well it cleans my dishes. I have kids that tend to let things get hard and dried onto dishes before they put them in the dishwasher and this one has no problem getting them clean,

There are so many great features on this dishwasher. I love it. The only thing is the cycles take a long time to run. The price you pay for the water saving technology I guess. But, small sacrifice for quiet, beautiful and efficient dishwasher.

A DISHWASHER THAT WASHES DISHES!

WITH TODAYS ENGERY SAVEING DISHWASHERS ITS HARD TO FIND ONE THAT WILL CLEAN AND WASH DISHES AND NOT TAKE ALL DAY TO DO IT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WELL BUILT NICE LOOKING DISHWASHER THEN THE PDT760 IS THE ONE TO CHECK OUT . IT IS AT THE TOP OF THE PRICE RANGE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. LIKE A 35 AND 49 MIN WASH CYCLE (THERE ARE OTHER WASH TIMES TOO) EASY ROLL OUT BASKETS AND A THIRD ROLL OUT SHELF AT THE TOP FOR SMALL ITEMS AND A BOTTLE WASH OPTION THAT I USE TO CLEAN DRINKING GLASSES. THE UNIT IS VERY VERY QUITE WHEN RUNNING AND LOW
