Makes noises. Difficult trying to keep temperature in normal ranges.

A great choice for an older home with the narrower doors/way.
Believe me... when you take the doors/hinges off and it still won't go thru the door you have a real problem.. We picked this one because it has all the features of the bigger ones and it has an inside water dispenser (which takes up NO room).

Excellent refrigerator

After a month, we find that this refrigerator has excellent features and meets our needs perfectly--a big improvement over our old side-by-side. But we do need to see how well it holds up over time.

Definitely a BIG featured refrigerator in a small size. Adjustable shelf and door shelves allow us to put as much as we could in a larger unit and easilychange layout when needed

ice clumps in bin....

Purch this 2 years ago, ice maker initially worked fine...Now it all clumps together in the bin. When being dropped into bin about 4 cubes are stuck together and eventually all the cubes stick together. I use the ice daily and the freezer is full. I am sure there are many other people with the same problem. There must be a different fix for this problem as it seems to happen with regularity if there are 2 problems the same as this in your reviews. Please help, other than the ice prob. I love the fridge...

Expected more from this fridge. Had many issues with the water line- water housing (replaced twice), water line freeze ups, etc

I bought this to replace my 30yr old+ GE, which was still working, was just too small, I love GE, but did shop around and once again was amazed at how many features you get with GE at and affordable cost. I love the look and the design, has more than enough room for everything, and as for my old GE, it went to the garage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
