Love the water inside the door, The filtered water tastes great. I like the freezer on the bottom so I can see what's inside the refrigerator. Plenty of room to store food and shelves are adjustable. Icemaker works great. We bought this at a big box store and saw their warranty guy on one of the Isles. He told us he really doesn't see KitchenAid refrigerator complaints and gave us the thumbs up on this purchase. No problems so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my Kitchen Aide refrigerator for three weeks and it's great. Very spacious fridge area with lots of options for shelf heights. Meat and cheese drawer is easy to access. Would have liked to have handles that don't stand out so far, something tapered a bit would be nicer. The doors need to be firmly shut or they don't close. My dealer is coming back out to see about remedying that. I have only Kitchen Aide appliances and love them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our initial experience has not been what we had hoped for. We have tried to adjust the door alignment but the only adjustment is with the front rollers which has not worked. There are no adjustments to the rear rollers and we cannot access those rollers once the frig is in place. It appears that the whole from is racked to one side. The other concern that we have is that the water dispenser always seems to have a slight leak.

just got this fridge Things I love: good use of space for shelving, compartments etc. Color is a very nice black fits in perfectly. Just hooked up the water and everything as far as set up seems easy. Lots of room to be able to access water inside fridge A little more compact compared to the overall space of other models yet roomy. We were always struggling to find things in the old fridge and this one seems to be easy to access everything and I haven't been able to over stuff this one!
Things I don't love: didn't seem to have a spot for eggs. Things seem like cheap plastic compared to the heavy glass and harder plastic of my old fridge. I guess this is standard for newer fridges. In order to access drawers you have to open both doors
