It's making some strange noises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've moved into our new home about 6 weeks ago. We purchased this fridge because we had the identical one in our previous home after we upgraded and we loved it. We still like this one very much but for the last number of weeks it's been making constant "crackling" noises like a wood camp fire and it's become annoying. For now, we are being patient for a few more weeks as, based on Google searches, this can be "normal". It may be normal but it better not be forever. Hopefully soon it will quiet down again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model about a month ago. So pleased with the space inside. The freezer is great but might be too small for a larger family. The only thing I would change is the water dispenser, I would move the button underneath to push the glass against.

Light Bulb Nightmare

The freezer compartment light stopped working after 7 months. When I contacted customer service, they "reminded" me that bulbs are not covered as they are consumables. They are LED, so require a technician to replace. Therefore, a simple light bulb failure is a very expensive repair. Consider another brand before buying this model.

Multiple things breaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this as a replacement for a unit with a broken freezer compressor. This unit has had a broken drawer and the handle for the freezer is quite loose despite multiple attempts to tighten it. It's OK in that the compressors work, but I'm not impressed with plastic and hardware components.

Love the space not the noise

Love the tray drawer and interior filtered water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge was part of my kitchen remodel. I love the spaciousness of it, everything inside is so accessible and it is easy to see. I really like the tray drawer, I haven’t had a chance to use it much because there hasn’t been any parties since Covid. But hopefully it won’t be too much longer and we can have family and friends over. The bottom freezer is great also, this is the first time I have had this feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!
