Condensation problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 2 months, condensation was building on the door. Pressing the humidity button didn't resolve. Had a service call and was told that 2 pieces of the fridge need to be replaced. Other than that, the fridge is awesome.

WHY IS THE WATER DISPENSER A 2-HANDED JOB???

I love everything about this refrigerator except the interior water dispenser. WHY is the button to dispense water ABOVE the spout??? That makes absolutely no logistic sense whatsoever, and cannot possibly be ADA compliant. The button to dispense should be BELOW the spout, so you press your glass against it to get water, as you would on an exterior dispenser. I love the space-saving aspect of the interior water, but it should NOT require both hands to operate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge about three weeks and it’s working great. Quiet with no issues. Refrigerator portion is very large and well lit. Freezer section is a little small but adequate unless you have a large family. Then it might be cramped. The interior water dispenser works great and because it’s inside it gives the exterior a very clean look. We are not using the ice maker. So far this has been a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this refrigerator for 3 weeks. It was part of a complete kitchen update. Lots of compliments on the appearance. Love the clean look of the outside and convenience of water in the interior. Much easier to find things in this style over my old side by side. The deli drawer is large. Love that I can easily read the temp of the refrigerator and freezer when I open the fridge. Makes nice ice. I was very happy to discover that the exterior is magnetic. It has been easy to keep clean by wiping with a soft towel.

Stylish and roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a counter-depth side-by-side for years with water/ice through the door. This configuration has all of the benefits PLUS more capacity and flexibility for large platters on top & more useful freezer below. Ice through the door always seemed to make a mess on floor- and chilled, filtered water inside leaves a cleaner look outside.
