[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our existing fridge broke down on a Thursday night. We called around for a replacement fridge and after much searching, we found a dealer near us that had a Kitchenaid available, and could deliver same day. We received the new fridge around 5:00PM that same day. Great service and great fridge.

It's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not buy three door with ice/water dispenser in door because I heard from friends and reviews they had problems with the ice maker being in door so I went with ice maker in freezer part. The two drawers for fruits and vegetables do not completely close....I did close one but then one by it has gap. Looks like cheap plastic . I have read that refrigerators are made to last ten years if you are lucky. I remember when KitchenAid was a top of the line quality product. Would no longer discribe it that way. So far ice maker is working great. Hope I can say that this summer. Would I recommend?... maybe.

Sleek and Expensive Looking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 6 months and basically love it, but, with a caveat....when the ice bucket is full, ice cubes will drop out the back of the bin when the freezer drawer is pulled out. Then the lose cubes have to be fished out from behind the freezer drawer, with an extended arm or a wooden spoon, if they are too far back. Dumb design.
I also wish that the freezer partitions could be adjusted for my preference. They are fixed.
But the temperatures of refrigerator and freezer are very consistent and definitely keep food fresher and frozen better.
Handles are Very high end and co-ordinate well with my Thermador appliances. No fingerprints either! Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. This appliance replaces a 21 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator with top freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge overall, the one thing that's annoying is the ice being so deep into the freezer, and the size of the freezer is not very big at all. Otherwise we love this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 14 years ago I bought the older version of this model and when it died I wanted the same model again. It has most of the same features but they changed the handles and they feel less sturdy. Some parts that were stainless steel before are now plastic.
Overall it still works great and looks good and fits into a modern decor.
