Using for the first time

using it for the first time, so far drying is good, however i have it as a stackable, and since i opted for the dials to be at the bottom, I notice the top of the machine is unfinished, In addition, it shakes quite a bit as a stackable, but as stated I just got it today and using it for the first time, I will look into options to stabilize it further. The noise level is not quiet but is fine with me, sounds like dryers I have had in the past and is also similar to noise levels in the laundromat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dryer doesn't dry well

It doesn't get got enough to dry towels. I have to run it on high heat twice to get them dry.

Perfect!

We are incredibly happy with our dryer. We have space and electrical limitations and this dryer is a perfect fit. We have it stacked on a rack above our washer. I can fit a much bigger load of wash and our dry time went from 4 hours to 2 hours! I'm looking forward to seeing how much electricity we save by not having to dry clothes as often and as long as with our old dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clothing consistently gets stuck.

Clothing consistently gets stuck. We had this dryer in our rental, it broke so the landlord bought a brand new one. The old and new consistently cause clothing to get stuck. The straps get stuck in the hard lip of the door, we even had to cut some straps off because we couldn’t get them loose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As clothes tumble, they make contact with several components around the door; however, clothes (and fabric softener sheets) should not get caught on the lint filter, sensor rods, or under the edge of the drum. If this is occurring, you may see tears, holes, or snags in the items being dried, or you may see black marks on cuffs, collars, etc. If you are experiencing these symptoms, we recommend service.
