Overall it's a good system

The NVR was simple to setup however the cameras took a bit of tweaking to get a consistent WiFi connection. Great image quality both in daylight and in IR (Night) mode.

May have the best but can't use it

No instructions came with the system. My cameras are installed and I can see whst us going on with my TV but that is it. I cannot view through the app and I do not know how to access the DVR for viewing. I was told if I held my iPhone with one of the apps open that the IR would assist in registering the product and enable my app for viewing. Which app? I tried them all. HELP!

I ORDERED TWO , ONE WORKED GOOD, THE OTHER HAD NO WIFI CONNECTION. HAD TO SEND BACK, WAITING FORE INFO.

It was very difficult to get the Swann mobile app configured to work! It takes a while to load the two cameras on this mobile app. Sometimes only the one will load and I have to go through a lot to get the other to work.
