Bought this phone about two weeks ago because years ago I use to be a blackberry user. The phones were very hard to use then. This phone is not hard to use just hard to hear. Not enough overall volume for me.

Since att didn't like my first review. The product won't sync email. I have to manually sync when I want email. I randomly relieve emails from phone on its own like once a week.

I'm not so sure about this phone. It's a great idea, but they need to work out the bugs first. It also takes 6 more steps to do something vs. a regular Blackberry because it's operating on the Android system. I would wait until the next one comes out so they can get rid of the bugs.

I bought the PRIV a couple of weeks ago, took it back to the store and called technical support. I'm still missing texts and maybe calls :(

I went from the note 4 to the priv, I'm not sure how much I'm enjoying it like I thought I would. This phone would be better for a business type person or for a job. You can't change a lot of things. The camera is awesome and the keyboard is as well. Doesn't like to play games such as dragon city.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst BlackBerry Ever

Longtime, loyal BlackBerry user. The battery life on this device is completely unacceptable. I would rate it a zero if I could. The battery overshadows all of the features that would make it a great device.
