Disappointed with the Priv

I really wanted to like this phone. I used my upgrade to get it as the unlocked version was out of stock. So, upon using the phone, I noticed a clicking sound on the lower right side of the device. And when looking at it compared to the left side, you could see it was not even. I went to the store and unit I was going to get had the same issue. The next issue was the the physical keyboard, which was very small and cramped coming from the BB Passport, but I preferred the onscreen keyboard, so that wasn't an issue. The software was buggy, which is to be expected, but the Hub out of the box that terribly buggy and to add playstore keyboards, would interfere with the total experience. The camera was also slow to focus and take shots, but this could be fixed with software updates. So in the end, the hardware mixed the software issues was too questionable as I doubt the device would last 2 years for the next upgrade. I expected more and regret using an upgrade for this device. My future devices will be unlocked as its just easier without the customer service hassles.

I was so excited when I discovered BB was releasing a new phone with a keyboard. I'm now a month into my purchase and will be cutting my loss and purchasing another phone. Group chat is a complete FAIL ! Receiving pics through text is often a FAIL! To date there is still no update to resolve this problem. I have a ton of "Unknown sender Message not found" texts in archive. I do a lot of group chats with my family and we share pictures all the time. So this issue has become beyond frustrating. Unfortunately I cannot keep the phone any longer

The battery life is the worse ever! This unit is always running hot and the battery only last a couple hours! This phone was way to expensive for its operational system to not last that long!

Bought this 3 weeks ago, excited about getting back to a BB keyboard and stability... used an original BB dial. Was better off with Android on Samsung. BB Google Play constantly crashes & unable to send error reports.

This item proved to be a disappointment. It would only download apps while using WiFi. I would never recommend this product.

A phone designed for privacy that is tied into the Google ecosystem, irony writ large. Blackberry Hub is excellent and the specs decent. However, it is missing the best part of any Blackberry. Blackberry OS 10. Disappointing turn from RIM.

I got this 2 weeks ago and it keeps saying the Droid system needs updates. It shuts off at least twice a day!

I had this phone on the Friday it released. Held it for one week and returned it. I wanted to love this phone. But the battery was awful. I can't believe Blackberry allows such performance with a 3410 mAh one. And during heavy use, it lags significantly from time to time. This is the phone I've been waited for half a year...so disappointed even its a combination of BB pkb and millions of google apps.
